I don't like this...

I really didn't there there would be any topics on this...

Although this isn't really something that can be discussed because I've no clue what it is myself... Lately I've just been more depressed about things. I usually think that the glass is half empty rather than half full. My life is the same as usual, but my mood has completely changed. I think about things more deeply, and I'd rather not do something that has the slightest ability to cause me discomfort- even though that fails. Can anyone explain to me the reason why I'm suddenly depressed?

Try and do something you ussually dont do like getting a new game and you'll get out of your "Rut"

But, about the depression thing...Don't worry, you're casual mood should come back again with time, if its not back after 2 weeks, well, try to do something to be happy: do something with your friends OUTSIDE

Ahhhhh.... now I get it. You're losing your youthful idealism. Well, I can only tell you what I learned Khaoz. If theres something you want to be or want to happen in this world, you have to do it. It won't happen magically by itself. If you want to be a great individual who's works changes the lives of many individuals then thats a long hard road that requires a lot of introspection and self-discipline.

I read all of your replies carefully, thought about all of it, and don't think its the answer. Kristy, this "youthful idealism" is something I've never heard before, I'm usually never optimistic or anything of the sort. Just neutral and depressed blah...
Wolfie; I wish I could get a new game- but I can't go out buying things, and my parents don't feel like wasting money on anymore entertainment.
0blivion; I don't like the outside... it's too hot and the sun is too bright. Another thing is I don't live near any of my friends- which is the problem with living overseas for the military. I hope my casual mood comes back with time.

Playing games isn't helping much, the only thing that happens is my easy to spark adrenaline kinda' kicks in... Not much to enjoy but thinking critically about tactics and such for a few games.

Well, the best way to get a rid of depression is to do some sport, or anything that can make move ur ass, even a walk. I'd like to tell you more about it, but I have difficulty to traduct it...The most I can say is: when you do anykind of sport, ur body release some hormons that makes you feel better.

And cmon Blaze...you aint the happiest guy in the world, so you don't really have to comment on Khaoz's feelings.
