I will put the information about characters and etc in here.
My main-character is the pilot on a new type of vessel that the Alliance has researched. The ships name is Andromeda, and it's mission is to solve and do various tasks in the Alliance territory, and sometimes outside.
The ship was constructed by the Alliance, a ally between 3 mighty races, wich territory spands over 50 separate star systems. All of the crew members was cloned, and genetically improved. They have also been specially trained for their task on the ship. All crew members are 25 years old.
The main crew is:
Vicktius Mazinga:
Pilot, also works as a captain. He's genes was improved for a quicker and more tactical thinking. He has a romance with Emily. *Not finished*
Emily Evans:
Main technican. She fixes the equipment that breaks down all the time. She has 5 technicans under her command, that she throws around. Emily has a romance with Vicktius. *Not finished*
William "Bear" O'neill:
Drone 'driver'. William has control over the ships 1000 drones, that works like bots. They attack, transport, repair the ship on outside, and many other things. William cant control them all by him self, so therefore, he has help by the ship's own artifical intelligence, the D.U.R.A.N.D.A.L.
Jimmy Akhail:
Jimmy is responsible for the ships security. He operates the defences, with the help of 5 crew members, and Dura, as the AI is called by the crew members.
Helena Hammerson:
Every ship needs a geek. So in this case. Helena is the ship's scientist, and she is researching about just everything. Her genes are modified so she have an better intellect, this thus, inflicted on her personality, and she is a bit shy.
The total crew is 30 members. There is 15 men, and 15 women. The other crew has other tasks, such as;
5 persons is in the auxiliary control room, and taking care of less-important tasks.
5 persons are taking care of the antimatter power sources. Theese are pretty hazardous.
5 persons are under the command of Emily, and is technicans. They fix the equipment that is breaking down all the time.
5 persons is answering for the sensors, and the ships security. They are under the command of Jimmy.
5 persons are medics. If anyone get's hurt, it's best to come to the sickbay.
Now, to the ship Andromeda:
Ship name: Andromeda
Firepower: 1000 anti-aircraft guns against smaller aircraft. Theese are scattered all over the ship, and provides a good fire range. There is a rail gun, not far from the control room. This is the ship's most feared weapon, and the absolutly most devastating. It can melt through metal, without much problems. Only problem is that it only maintains fire for 15 seconds, and then needs to cool down in 10 valuable minutes. 500 heavy laser systems are also placed on the ship. Finally, there is 250 ion cannons that target heavy ships. The placement is ordered, so that 2 heavy laser covers the ion cannons, while 1 heavy laser gets covered by 2 anti-aircraft guns that stop any attacking fighters. All the guns are easy to de-attach, and replace with repaired guns.
Energyproduction: 4 antimatter engines. Theese produce an impressive amount of power, equal to 100 modern nuclear plants. Theese are required to maintain the ships enormous power consumption.
Engines: Andromeda is driven forward by 2 engine systems. An engine system consists of 2 big engines in the rear, where the upper one is bigger than the lower, and on the sides, to manoeuvre the ship. Engines are basicly spitting out modified Takyons, wich are the one of the most easily handled particles that can travle faster than light. They show off a nice exotic stream after the ship when it's driving fast. Since the ship is huge, the engines can max output a speed of 5000 miles an minute. If faster than that, the engines auto-configurates them for over-light speed.
Shields: The ship has 4 shield generators, spread across with massive powercables between. They form a corridor that is 10 mile long, and is called 'the spine' by the crew. Theese are practically eating power, and required to install one more antimatter reactor, to supply them with the neccessary power.
Docking bay: The dock consists of a series of enormous shelves, on wich the drones are stored. On the bottom of the dock, there is a amount of arming-devices, wich equip the drones with tools to do tasks, such as armor and weapon to fight an attack.
Blacksmith: The ship has it's own fully automated blacksmith. It's mainly producing new drone parts. The drones are pretty dumb, but they are controlled by D.U.R.A.N.D.A.L and he learns from the enemy moves. The more battles Andromeda fights, the smarter the drones become. The blacksmith produces reserve weapons, drones, and if Helena has made a new device that she wants to produce, she can just fit in the blueprint, and the blacksmith will produce the item. Inside, it's like a oven. It's really hot in there, you need a AVA hotsuit for being in there. The hotsuit were designed for workers on merkurius when they are extracting valuable minerals on the planet. The hotsuit can withstand 500 degrees celsius for an hour. The blacksmith has a part where it's colder, in here, it's putting in soft/hardware to the things that are produced. The ship has a smaller cargospace where about 500 tons of metal is held, and there is also other metals that are needed in there.
Artificial Intelligence: They have developed a Artificial intelligence, only for Andromeda, to control the things that a normal crew on about 3000-4000 thousand men would do. D.U.R.A.N.D.A.L is controlling all the ships functions, he can even start the coffe vending machine.
Other: The ship has panzer protection that will shield all windows from damage. There is not exactly any weak spots on Andromeda, the engineers that built it was smart. The weakest spot is the engines, wich can be taken out by just firing a missile or torpedo in them. They are extra protected by a forcefield though, but it's not as strong as it seems.
The 3 races that formed The Alliance is:
The Terrans. (Humans, 26 star systems, 3 at war)
The Ongool Federation. (Branch of human develoption, theese have developed the most feared defensive weapons. The Ongool is a bit part from humans, they have a really tough skin, and under it, they hide some bone shields. A other difference, is that they have unusual pupil coloring. 32 star systems, 4 at war)
The Blakans. (The Blakans are not looking as humans for a penny. They have black skin, no hair growth, a flat face with just eyes, no mouth or nose. The mouth is on their chest, and they rip parts from the food, and inject it to their body. To compromise for the smell, the blakans have a extordinary eyes. They can see things that a human eye can't. All blakans are larvas when they are young, then a coocoon, and then the coocon bursts, and a Blakan is ready. The Blakans have developed the most feared of ships, and invented a whole new class of ships. Their main power is offensive capabilities. 24 star systems, 10 at war)
Less important races:
Drakojans (Drakoja is a single system where dragon-like species and humans co-exist. The dragons are possible of being armoured, and a variety of weapons can be mounted on them. 1 star system, 1 at war.)
The old language is a language that the crew was taught it. They use it to communicate if they know they are being watched, to conversate without sharing their plans. (Yes, I ripped it from Eragon T.T)

Blödhgarm = Bloodwolf (Developed in a genetic lab, is now spread on 9 different star systems and is a general plague, due to their ability to survive different attacks)

Du Namar Aurboda = Prohibit of the Names. (An event that occured when the Blackstar rebels destroyed 3 habitated planets with a hijacked S-Cruiser. This caused massive suffering and pain. The planets is not habitable, but there are a few installations on them extracting minerals and metals. The air is not breathable. The self banning of the names was ordered to forget the incident.)

Vargrimst = Deported from a races star systems.
Vrenshrrgn = Warrior wolfes. This is a group of bounty hunters that travel between planets. There is a high price on their heads.
(Note, there is big differences from the actual translation. I modified parts, so they fit more with the actual timeline)
Story and line:
The storyline will be about the adventures that Andromeda and it's crew. It has passed about 10.000 years since the humans constructed ships capable of driving faster than the light. The Ongool Federation was formed 2.000 years ago, when their evolution had changed them from the normal humans. The humans had also been changed by evolution. Evolution changed the man, so that no humans, except if they have a eye failure, needs sight-devices. The evolution changed the humans, because even if we spend several hours with a computer, the eyes are not damaged. The Blakans was discovered 5.000 years ago, when the first tests of a type of ship was tested on a desolate moon. This moon, however housed Blakan mining facilities. That's the way that humans discovered The Blakans.
